HQ 10 space operates on mutual respect. Private Office Spaces take care of your privacy and at the same time ensure that there is no disturbance to others. How ever if you are in our Coworking Space, and should you need to have a private / long conversation – we request you to step into the Cafeteria / Pantry / Breakout Areas or step outside, so that others will not be disturbed

Yes, you can use our address as your office address on your stationery. All correspondence / parcels will be received by our security officers who are on site 24×7 and you can collect the same from them at your convenience– Our Help Desk Managers will guide you through this

For bookings made in the name of a company, any designated company member can use the space. But if the booking is made in the name of an individual, only that person can use the booking. However long term space bookings can be transferred – our Help Desk Managers will guide you through this.

Yes. You can book a dedicated telephone number with us and we will answer all your company calls in the name of your company. This service will be charged additionally

HQ 10 offers you high speed Internet access, facilitating faster downloads and uploads. Also there are no daily quotas or monthly quotas set.

While there is no dedicated Tech Support, Our Help Desk Managers will assist you on select technical queries such as setting up - your cloud files / application/ printer or in helping you get online.

If you have taken a Private Office Space or a Dedicated Desk in our Coworking Space you can leave behind your material. While our premises has a 24 x 7 security, for your safety we recommend that you do not leave behind valuables such as jewelry or laptops

If you have taken a Private Office Space, you can meet the guest in your office space. Should you have taken a Coworking Space, you can always book in advance any one of our four Meeting Rooms to entertain the guest. Or if it is a brief meeting (less than 15 min), you can use our HQ10 Lounge or our Cafeteria or any other Break Out / Open Area

HQ 10 offers Shared Printers, Scanners and Copiers While we do not really charge per print, but we request you to remember that these are shared resources, and should only be used when there is a need. This means do not print the homework for your child, or waste paper in printing unnecessary documents.

When you book space at HQ 10, unlimited beverages is on the house for you. However beverages served for your guests will be charged extra

Yes HQ 10 has televisions in the Conference Rooms and Meeting Rooms. Satellite TV connection is also available, helping you catch up with news updates or your favourite programs

Of course, HQ 10 Meeting Rooms and Conference Rooms are fully functional to help you get the best out of your meetings. Whiteboard and Markers, Slide Projector and TV Screen are available. Ample plug points are also available. You can request our Help Desk Managers to request Pantry Team to serve you Tea / Coffee and or Water. In case you require some snacks to be served, do place an order for them separately.
